Membership fees are currently:
$5 for MSA+ Members
$10 for non MSA Members

There are a variety of benefits to becoming a member. You get access to all of our studios, both the broadcast studio (radio shows and podcasts) and the recording studio. Once you purchase a membership, you will have free unlimited access to these spaces as long as you book them.
You will also:
Receive discounts to our events.
Have first access to new merch and other items.
Be able to join our subcommitties or committee.
Have priority with publishing articles.

We will always encourage students to explore their creativity! Radio Monash’s ongoing projects have priority with studio bookings, but ad-hoc bookings may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to the relevant Directors for the studio you want to book.

You must be a member of Radio Monash to use our spaces.
Before accessing a studio for the first time, you will need to be inducted. You will learn the rules of the space, and how to operate relevant equipment, to maintain safety.

Yes! Monash staff can use the space, but you still need to purchase a non MSA membership.

Yes! Undergrads, postgrads and PHD students can use the space, but you still need to purchase a membership. Our committee is made up of undergrads and postgrad students, so we are really open to everyone!

Yes! Come to our Open Nights (at the beginning of every semester) to get a brief overview. If you use either studio, you will get a run down on how to use the equipment and space. We will run inductions throughout the year where you can come and learn about using the equipment.

Yes! Just make sure you book. You will need to undergo an induction before you can use the space.
